Give each litter 1.5 ounce (one full measure) every three days starting at three days of age, or 0.5 ounce (one-third full measure) daily. Continue until pigs are eating considerable amounts of creep ration. This will usually be at about three weeks of age. Because pigs will root and eat Oral Iron/Selenium Nutritional Supplement readily, it is best to feed it in a shallow pan nailed to a board or on a clean solid floor near where pigs will be creep-fed. Starting at one week, teach pigs to eat creep ration by sprinkling a small amount of Oral Iron/Selenium Nutritional Supplement on top of the creep ration. It also may be sprinkled on top of nursery feed.
