Homestead® Rat and Mouse Cubes are a complete feed for all stages of a rat and mouse's life cycle. This product is made in a cube shape to easily fit on top of a wire feeder. Formulated for today’s commercial operations raising rats and mice. Vitamins and minerals plus a carefully controlled amino acid profile will result in maximum growth, breeding and hair quality.
High Protein/Amino Acid Profile: 22% crude protein and added sources of amino acids assure the ration is not limiting growth of the animals, their babies or their hair coats.
Cube Instead of Pellets: The cube shape helps keep the rodents from hoarding the feed. It will also helps with maintaining good teeth health due to wearing down constantly growing front teeth.
Added Oils and Energy Grains: Various sources of oils/fat and high energy grains will ensure the proper amounts of energy for needed growth but not too much to produce excess fat development.
Smell and Taste Enhancers: High levels of aromatic ingredients and enhanced flavor enhancer help increase the consumption of this product.
Vitamins and Minerals: During all stages of growth, rats and mice have very demanding vitamin and mineral requirements which are addressed by this product. Calcium, available phosphorus, selenium, copper, as well as biotin, choline, niacin and other vitamins and minerals, are carefully balanced for maximum performance.
Contains Chelated Minerals: Helps to increase mineral utilization.
Contains Yeast: Research has shown that adding yeast can help increase the fiber digestion of forages.

Feeding Tips
- Never feed any feedstuffs that are moldy, musty or suspect in any way.
- Keep feed in a clean, dry environment and avoid excessive heat.
- Homestead Rat and Mouse Cubes is a complete feed. Additional feedstuffs are not required or recommended, as they only dilute the intake of nutrient levels, resulting in less than optimum performance and/or health.
- Pay close attention to the teeth of these animals, as they continue to grow longer. A chewing block or trimming of their teeth may be necessary to keep them from becoming too long.
This product has been formulated specifically for rats and mice and is not intended for other species. Do not feed to cattle or other ruminants.
