Educated with a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota, Lori has a strong interest and passion for the swine industry. She and her husband Dale raise pigs, corn and soybeans near Easton MN.
She’s a member of the National Pork Producers Council and currently serving as president.
Lori enjoys talking with others about farming and agriculture – and they enjoy talking to her just as much, because she offers a wealth of information and advice. Her hobbies include biking, running and spending time with her family in their activities.
